What shipping options do you provide?

We offer shipping via DPD courier, our own transport for large orders, and in-store pickup at our Kelmė store (Vilbėno g. 6, Verpenos k.).

What is your return policy?

Customers can return unused, high-quality goods in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping via courier, and a 10% packaging fee is deducted. Unpacked electronics cannot be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept E-banking via MakeCommerce.lt, direct bank transfers (Swedbank), and installment purchases.

How does the warranty work?

We provide a 24-month legal warranty. Warranty repairs are free and handled by authorized manufacturer service centers. It does not cover mechanical damage, misuse, or consumable parts.
